To facilitate the delivery and rates information, the calculation can be done on cart or in checkout page. You just have to enter your region, as a country, state and zip code.

Deadlines informed depends on several circumstances that vary according to the destination country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday ~ Friday (Japan time), excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday ~ Friday are usually processed in 1 ~2 business days.
Orders received on weekend or holidays are usually processed in next business day.


Delivery Methods

1- Internacional Parcel Japan Post

Small Package "Special Price" (Up to 2kg / 4.40lb)

1- Air Mail - *No tracking number.
2- SAL, economic air mail - *No tracking number.

*Tracking number is available for orders over US$50.00 in products or weighing more than 2kg / 4.4lb.

2- EMS Express Mail Service

Maximum Weight 20/30 kg / 44.09lb/66.13lb according to the country- Tracking number is available for all.


Att!!! Orders with tracking number is required signature to receiving. You will receive an email with notice "out for delivery" (please add our email into your safe list).


Shipping Insurance

All orders over US$50,00 is automatically insured. Insurance coverage:

a) Items damaged or missing during shipping.
b) Package missing during shipping.

*Not eligible for insurance coverage
a) Unclaimed packages from the local post office or customs office are not eligible for insurance coverage.
b) *Orders with incorrect shipping address do not qualify for insurance coverage.

If the package return to us for reasons caused by the buyer, will be charged the resend.

  2. We do not have the power or influence to manipulate the tracking information in the post office in any country. In case of information questioned by the recipient that has undermined the delivery anyway, we will open a complaints in Japan Post Office, upon customer request or to determine the situation..
  3. Getting established that the information does not match the event and the client was harmed, it will be covered by insurance.
